Urban Infill Group are passionate about creating affordable, quality and functional homes for South Australian homeowners and investors. Anthea and Rohan are a husband and wife team with over 15 years’ experience in property development between them.

Urban Infill operates as a commercial and residential property development group. We pride ourselves on our team of dedicated providers. From architects, engineers, surveyors, traffic engineers to Property Lawyers, and builders - we have carefully selected qualified and committed people to work on our projects.

We understand that everyone’s circumstances are different and should be handled with care. As a licensed ASIC credit advisor and qualified mortgage broker, Anthea's experience is invaluable on every project as she is able to assist in the design, project management and financial aspect of the development.

Based in Adelaide SA, Anthea and Rohan understand the local market, its challenges and its opportunities. Their knowledge of the local market coupled with their involvement in interstate conferences helps keep them up to speed on National trends and developments that can benefit the South Australian property market.

Anthea Greig was awarded the HiViz Women Building SA – Outstanding Woman In Construction in 2019 for her contribution to the industry.
